Note: The .txt files linked above are plain text.  The .rtf files containing a table. The files with nexus in the name are in Nexus file format is used by SplitsTree. 'NEXUS is a de facto standard among researchers who focus on phylogenetic inference and hypothesis-testing using models of character evolution.' (source) The other text files have TAB characters separating the matrix columns, so that the matrix can be pasted into a spreadsheet.
