Kodak sign
On 3 November 1982, on a CCNT wildlife survey traverse from Duck Pond
to Elliott, David Gibson and Richard Southgate came upon an enamelled metal 'Kodak Film' sign
just to the east of the summit of the Renehan Ridges; "there was no
indication of any tracks in the area" (WLFE19 report page 62).
Possible sources
- Whitlock's track construction party 1942
- the August 1961 traverse from Wave Hill to Powell Creek by NTA staff O’Brien, Renehan, and Dixon
- prospecting in this area around 1961 heard of by O'Brien
Thanks to David Gibson, and to †Vern O'Brien.
